Terms of Service
Effective June 11, 2026
1. Your agreement
By creating or using an Aux account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
2. Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Aux. Features may be restricted by age, including direct messaging and access to mature streams. Users must provide an accurate date of birth.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Aux to harass others, share illegal or exploitative content, impersonate another person, evade moderation, interfere with the service, or violate another person's rights.
4. Streams and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Aux permission to host, process, display and distribute that content as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to content and audio you broadcast.
5. Moderation
Aux may remove content, move or end streams, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts or ban accounts to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with legal obligations.
6. Payments
Subscriptions, donations and creator payouts may be subject to separate payment-provider terms, fees, eligibility checks and refund rules. Revenue percentages shown before a completed transaction will determine the recorded split for that transaction.
7. Service availability
Aux is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, experience interruptions or be discontinued. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will identify the effective version. Material changes may require renewed agreement. Questions can be sent to elijahjay@aux.watch.
